Project activies

The project is structured with height result-driven Work Packages (WP).

WP-1 secures the lean-agile coordination of the project’s implementation as a whole via securing a result-driven assignment of resources, fine-tuning the calendar of activities per the project’s implementation realities, and reporting to all teams and partners efficiently.

WP-2 ensures the project’s effective impact action which is to effectively create, pilot and deliver sustainable pathways for rural thrive via delivering expertise and training centres in rural innovation.

WP-3 main aim is to provide a comprehensive framework to secure the project development and results abides the ethical framework of the HORIZON EUROPE Programme (HEP) guiding principles, gathered in the ‘RURALITIES Ethics Appraisal Scheme’.

WP-4 outlines and delivers a framework for communication, dissemination, exploitation of project results and synergies (CODES) to foster two-way exchange through networking with multi actor.

WP-5 aims to engage, connect and empower the actors of the rural scene considering the environmental, economic, social and societal nexus (RURNex), to deliver an actionable and structured knowledge basis.

WP-6 generates instruments and mechanisms to assist shortening the innovation cycle of identified project tackling the RURNex globally and made available via the RURALITIES resources platform.

WP-7 establishes RURALITIES expertise centres on rural innovation via the implementation of Memorandum of Understanding with identified key actors of the rural scene in the project SIMSES.

WP-8 establishes the RURALITIES training centers rooted in a learning framework encompassing disciplines and proficiencies in all the work programme outcomes interlinked with the call and the  work programme impacts destination: the ‘RURALITIES Commons 2050 Learning Framework’ (RURCOM).
